Organised by the Veneto Sommelier Association in cooperation with the Valpolicella Wine Consortium, an in-depth day on the grape drying technique was held on 14 October at Costa Arénte winery.

Various facets of this unique practice were analysed during the seminar, ranging from history to oenological aspects. Participants also had the opportunity to taste drying grapes of different varieties and local wines made from them.
