Halfway between the Valpolicella DOC Classica and the eastern zone, from the area near Verona up to the highest tops of Lessini Mountains there is the Valpantena, which, from Grezzana upwards becomes narrower. This morphology strengthens the air circulation blowing to the valley and offers an ideal situation for controlled handling of the vine. The climate presents remarkable temperature variations between day and night.
