Bertani's uniqueness lies in its very style. We have known how to adapt it over time while rigorously respecting our ties to tradition.

History

Bertani was founded in 1857 by Bertani brothers, in Quinto di Valpantena, to the north of Verona. From the very beginning, they used the most advanced production techniques, both in vinegrowing and winemaking, and applied them to all their properties, from Valpantena to Soave, with total respect for the territory.
In the mid-twentieth century, with the purchase of Tenuta Novare in Valpolicella Classica, Bertani conducted research lasting half a century to produce the Wine that was made to last forever. This is where the history of Amarone della Valpolicella Classico begins - a wine that symbolizes the territory it comes from. The first vintage dates from 1958.
Today the winery keeps doing what the founders did then, that is, making wines that are recognizable and have an identity, wines with a clear stylistic profile that makes them unmistakable.
