Az. Agr. Paolo Cottini is a family-run winery with a tradition that has been passed down from father to son for four generations. Our passion for wine is deeply rooted in our family and is reflected in the care we put into our vineyards, located in different locations and on hills of varying altitudes in the Valpolicella Classica region. Through the traditional cultivation method of Pergola Veronese and manual processing, we obtain high-quality grapes rich in unique flavors. Our DOC wines preserve the traditional taste of Valpolicella, while our IGT wines express our personal vision with a distinctive character. For four generations, my family has been dedicated to the cultivation of vines and the production of wine, always in the heart of the Valpolicella Classica, handing down an exceptional experience of the territory and the secrets of the art of making wine from father to son. For us, wine means precisely this: passion, tradition, family.
In 2010 I got involved and together with my wife Sara, we created “Azienda Agricola Paolo Cottini”. Our vineyards are located in the Valpolicella Classica, in different locations and on hills of different altitudes, from 580 to 180 meters. These are soils with different orographic characteristics, capable of generating quality grapes rich in flavors, the same quality and richness that we find in our wines. Always in the wake of tradition, we adopt the Pergola Veronese breeding technique, so all the processes are done by hand.
With our DOC wines we want to keep the traditional flavor of Valpolicella wines unchanged, while with our IGT wines we want to best express our idea of wine by giving a highly personal imprint.
