The activities organized as part of the European Union-funded campaign “That’s Amore – European lifestyle: taste wonderfood” continue. On Saturday, September 7, in Cesky Krumlov – one of the most visited towns in the Czech Republic – the first of eight master classes scheduled between September and October will be held, created with the invaluable help of Michal Šetka, Valpolicella Wine Specialist, editor-in-chief and founder of Wine & Degustation magazine.

In collaboration with the Cesky Krumlov Wine Festival, the first event on the calendar will be held in one of the best restaurants in the ancient medieval village, Papa’s Living Restaurant, and will feature HoReCa professionals, importers, and sommeliers: an immersive workshop to discover the wines of Valpolicella as well as the Veneto PDO Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Asiago PDO cheese and Nano Vialone Veronese PGI Rice.
