The ‘Consorzio per la Tutela dei Vini Valpolicella d.o.c.’ is an association of growers, wine producers and bottlers which has operated in the defence of the quality of the wines of Valpolicella and to ensure the respect of the production norms of the d.o.c. for over thirty years.

The work of the Consorzio extends over many areas, one of the most important of which is the monitoring and control of the entire production cycle, from the vineyard to the bottle.
