A 125 years long tradition is an important heritage, a wealth of experience and knowledge, stories and values that we want to preserve and spread through our wines. Our vineyards are located in the Illasi Valley, where Valpolicella calcareous soils meet the volcanic area of Soave, allowing us to produce both types of wine. Thanks to the different microclimates, the soils produce grapes that enhance the typicality of our wines and enable us to test new grape varieties. The land is offering us an important gift: the opportunity to arouse emotions, to preserve and convey our respect for the land and our constant commitment to quality. In Illasi, above the ageing cellar of Villa Canestrari, Adriana and Francesco set up a Wine Museum where it is possible to feel their passion for winegrowing and the gratitude for the work of their ancestors, who preserved for over one century documents and equipments which can be admired today during guided tours.
